TTL (Through the Lens) is a group of photography aficionados. On August 17, 2013, we made our debut at The Gallery of Amerasia Bank, New York, in Flushing.
Our gaze focuses on the portraits, feature and street shots. What we want to emphasis is the life of people at our own community moment by moment--the ones that we probably often see and yet forget about. Through the patient observation and communication, we try to capture honest and heart-felt images. Our ultimate goal is to reach a thorough understanding of those fellow human beings who happen to be on the other side of the lens.
At 456 Gallery, some of the photos have been shown and some of them are new. But we remain the same main topic. In the future, we will keep observing and communicating with the community.
