陳崑鋒早期創作常常藉著拼貼、重組，再現繁複的城市影像或個人的生命經驗，藉由對立而又並存的畫面元素調動觀者的思緒與記憶。近期將影像風格融入布面繪畫，呈現如鏡頭下曝光過度的城市風景，並營造出相互滲透的多層次空間感受。
其創作思維開闊創新而風格嚴謹內斂，扣緊時代氣息與生命記憶，是一位冷靜反思型的藝術創作者，其作品獲國立台灣美術館、關渡美術館等典藏。
