Spatial Reflections is a group show featuring six young artists working in various media: Chia-Chen Lin, Shiau-Peng Chen, Ja-Young Ku, Raha Raissnia, Ray Cross and Warren Holt. The theme of this show involves the experience of absorbing the nuances of space and imarery when working in foreign country. The featured Asian artists each spent several years working in New York. They absorbed the urban grandeur and enclosure and created work that was unique to their experience. The American artists in this show each spent time traveling in Asia and created work that was directly influenced by the new imagery.
