Taipei Harmonic Chorus
Artist Statement

Taipei Harmonic Chorus (“THC”) was founded by the alumni from the Law and Business School at National Chung Hsing University (now renamed as National Taipei University).  Its background could be traced back to the university student chorus group founded in 1956.  To further expand its member base, THC now welcomes and accepts all alumni who used to join the university’s chorus.

THC has held annual performance called “Dreams Come True”, with repertoire list including a wide variety of artistic, religious, folklore, opera and musical songs. THC also actively involves in community concerts and performance aiming to help charity organizations. What has distinguished THC is that the members have shared a common, strong, and long-lasting bonding cultivated since college, and the bonding transforms into unique and fine expression of music. THC has aspired to sing for the society, and spreads beautiful voices and songs to everywhere.
